Consultations
1. Simply choose a consultation
to suit your requirements (after you have clicked on the Online Consultations
button). A screen will probably pop up titled 'security
information' - this page contains secure and non-secure
items. Do you want to display the non-secure items? Click on the YES
button (so later on in the process shopping cart will function properly).
2. Once chosen you will be forwarded to the given form for you to fill
out your details.
3 . Continue to fill out form until completed then click 'submit'
4. You will then be forwarded to a product screen'. Click on 'buy
now'
5. You will be forward to you shopping cart screen.. simply click "check
out "
6. At this time you will be asked to sign in or create a new account.
(this is free of charge).
- If you have created an account with GreenPet previously
you will be able to sign in and make payment (secure connection)
- If you have not purchased through Greenpet recently
then you will have to create a new account. If you are needing help with
this - please read the “Creating an account”
information on this help page.
Click continue once you have created an account and you will be forwarded
to the payment screen
7. Please enter your credit card details and the desired shipping.
8. You will then be asked to confirm order.. simply click 'ok'.
9. Your order will then be confirmed to you via email.

Product
Search
All the products are accessible from under “categories” on
the left hand side of page.
Quick find is easy to use
- just type in a generic name of a product you wish to view e.g. dog shampoo
- you would type in “shampoo”.
If it is Greenpet Herbal shampoo you wish to view - type in as an refined
search - 'Greenpet shampoo'. Abbreviations can be used on products such
as 'Greenpet Equine Herbal JNT' you can type in 'JNT' to view product
or you could type in “Equine” to view a longer list of equine
products.
Click on the photo or the text to view more information.

Product
Ordering
1a. After you have searched for a
product (see “product search” above for more info).
Choose from the list of available sizes the size you want and click on
the “buy now”
button to add to shopping cart. This will bring up the “What's
in my cart” page. You either then click on
“continue shopping”, or if you have
finished shopping click on “checkout”.
Please note: if you have clicked on the photo
or words of a product and are on the more information page the button
to click (if you want to purchase the product) is
“In
Cart”.
1b. If you have made an error it is easy to fix on the 'What's
in my cart' page by clicking in the “remove”
box and then clicking on “update”.
2. If you wish to buy more products, repeat the searching and 'buy
now' procedure as described in '1'. The shopping cart
feature will keep adding the products on.
3. When you are finished shopping (and have checked your order for errors),
click on the “checkout”
button to continue the shopping cart.
4. This will bring you to the new/returning customer
screen. You will need to “log in”
(if you have ordered with us before) or “sign
up” (if you haven't ordered with us before). If
you need more information on creating an account eg. “sign
up” see “Creating
an account” below.
5. After signing in or signing up,
you will be forwarded to the payment screen e.g. Payment Method.
6 . Please enter your credit card details and the desired shipping. Then
click on “continue”.
8. This will bring to you the screen “I'm ready to Purchase”
Please check all your details and if correct, click on “confirm
order ” at the bottom of the page.
If not correct, click on the back button and this will bring you back
to Payment Method page (and correct any
details that are wrong in your credit card information).
9. Your order will then be confirmed to you via email.

Creating
an account
You will only have to create an account
once and only if you are using the shopping cart and are wanting to purchase
products using your credit card.
1. When you are finished shopping (and have checked your order for errors),
click on the “checkout”
button to continue the shopping cart.
2 . This will bring you to the new/returning customer
screen. You will need to “log in”
(if you have ordered with us before) or “sign
up” (if you haven't ordered with us before).
3. Click on the “new
customer” button to sign up - this will bring you
to the page - “My account information”, fill
in your details and click on the “continue”
button.
4. The system will prompt you if there
are any errors, fix them and click on the “continue”
button again.
This will bring you up to the “Your account has been created”
screen - click on “continue”
to continue
shopping.
