Loyalty Rewards

Greenpet's Loyalty Rewards programme allows customers to earn reward points when shopping online. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

To start earning rewards, simply create a Greenpet customer account or sign in to your existing account.

How to earn loyalty points

  • Shop online: Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases, excluding shipping.

  • Create an account: Receive 50 bonus points when you sign up for a new Greenpet customer account.

Redeeming your loyalty points

Your accumulated loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on future online purchases.

  • 100 points = $1 AUD discount.

  • Minimum redemption: 100 points ($1).

  • Maximum redemption: 2,000 points ($20) per reward.

To check your balance or redeem points, sign in to your Greenpet account and open the Loyalty Points widget on our website.

Earn extra points by sharing a testimonial or review

We love hearing how Greenpet products have helped your animals!

You can earn additional loyalty points by sharing your experiences:

  • Photo testimonial: Earn up to 500 reward points (worth $5) by submitting before-and-after photographs and telling us which Greenpet products you used.

  • Video testimonial: Earn up to 1,000 reward points (worth $10) by sharing a video testimonial about our products or services.

Testimonial rewards are reviewed and awarded manually by the Greenpet team. Points are awarded at Greenpet's discretion.

Important information

  • You must be signed in to your customer account to earn loyalty points on eligible purchases.

  • Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Points can only be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases.

  • Points earned on refunded or returned purchases may be deducted from your balance.

  • Testimonial rewards are subject to review and approval by Greenpet.

  • Loyalty points expire two years after the date they are earned, regardless of account activity. Once expired, points can no longer be redeemed.

Greenpet reserves the right to amend or discontinue its Loyalty Rewards programme, subject to applicable law and any existing customer entitlements.
