Julie is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and responsive - I could not have helped my Aussie Shepherd with her gut issues without Julie's ongoing support. Julie is very generous with both her time & attitude, never making me feel like an idiot for asking basic questions & getting things wrong. Julie's support has made a massive difference to how I've handled this life/death situation (ie. I haven't fallen apart) and importantly, Julie provided a beneficial avenue for healing, vs following incorrect multiple Vet diagnoses which prescribed bowel biopsy & cancer-treatment for a simple case of Giardia (which the Vets did not diagnose).

Our dog was in very bad health, he was underweight, had a rough coat, his rotten teeth (which we had removed) had filled him with toxins and he was close to death. He could hardly rouse himself enough to bother going outside twice a day and was uninterested in playing with our other dogs. You sent us 4 remedies and after 1 week we could see improvement, after two weeks we were sure he was getting better. Six months later we thought, that’s amazing! He’s been getting better daily since and is completely recovered.
