Based on dog weight.

Small 1-15kg, 1/2 teaspoon.
Medium 15-30kg, 1 teaspoon.
Large 30kg+, 1 1/2 teaspoons.

1 teaspoon = 3 grams.

Suitable for all dogs over 12 weeks old.
