“My stock horse stallion sliced his front foot and was in a plaster cast for 7 weeks. The Vet said initially it may not heal up enough for proper use of his foot. When the cast was removed, his foot was still good and 5 & 1/2 months later he was galloping about the paddock with no sign of lameness and is back serving mares. The vet was amazed at the healing, & that the results were so good.
I fed him NATRAKELP LIQUID SEAWEED 2 x daily of 2 tablespoons each feed then reduced to 1 tablespoon daily after about 4 weeks. I also added 1 tablespoon VITAMIN C to his diet daily. The stallion’s health has been terrific all through his recovery period. I also find when using Natrakelp my horses don’t have a problem with mud fever. I purchased a mare & foal from the Gippsland area in very poor condition, the mare was on ‘death row’ the mares eyes were sunken back into her head, bones protruding out in all places. I gave her 2 x 250mls of Natrakelp in 2 daily feeds, and then reduced to 100ml daily.
In the first 3 days her eyes had returned to normal, she looked brighter. By the end of the 2nd week she was trotting around and was feeling better. At the end of the 7th week the mare was cantering about and she was starting to put on condition. The foal was given a dose orally of 60mls: the foal picked right up. If you saw these 2 horses now you wouldn’t believe that they were the same horses. (Time span 1 month). My sheep are cleaner around the tail area than in the pre-kelp days. I am a keen endurance rider and I believe by adding Natrakelp to his feed helps my horse perform better in his rides. I use Natrakelp on all my animals being Horses, Sheep, Cattle, Milking cow, poultry, Dogs, Cats and recommend this product highly”.
