They are known for their earthy aroma and naturally occuring plant compounds and have a long history of use in general herbal practices for animals. My friends mare was showing obvious signs of having cushings confirmed by the vet she was started on chasteberry and the improvement was very dramatic shedding thick coat weight gain mane and tail starting to thicken up the horse also showed visible improvement in her attitude. My Mare Treasure was diagnosed with cushings disease. This product I found to be more effective than the pergalite from the vets, for her mood changes and hair loss. Being a fussy eater proved to be no problem with this product. I just put it in her feed and she ate it without a problem. She was on it for about 8 yrs. Until she passed away peacefully and naturally. Highly recommend this product.

This has worked wonders for my mare for the suppression of oestrus related behaviours (acting like a stallion, squealing, back and colic-like pain). She had an ultrasound and there was no evidence of cysts etc and was prescribed Regumate but it was VERY expensive. The Chaste Tree Berry has worked as well, if not better, than Regumate as she seems happier in herself. She was dull on the Regumate. I tried resting her from it over winter, but she started cycling again, nickering, and stepping short in the hindlegs indicating back pain again. Once back on the powder, she was back to her happy self 🙂
