Flower essences for cats
Physical health conditions often manifest from deeper emotional imbalances. For example: a toilet trained indoor cat may suddenly start urinating inside when a new neighbourhood cat starts hanging around at night.
Anxiety, jealousy, anger, loneliness, resentment and other stresses can affect pets just as they affect people, causing a number of health related conditions. In cases such as this, it is necessary to work on the pet’s emotional well being, rather than just treating the physical symptoms.
Behavioural problems such as biting and aggression may also benefit from flower essences. It should be combined with appropriate training techniques, but will assist during this time to modify the behaviour. A cat may show aggression when a new pet is introduced into the household.
Flower essences can be used for animals that have been abandoned, abused or mistreated in the past, helping to restore their trust and confidence.
Separation anxiety, territorial spraying, urinating inside, fear of thunder or fireworks, over-possessive pets that will not leave your side, bossy, dominating animals or those who are timid and submissive may all benefit from flower essences.
