Technyflex® may help reduce the symptoms of musculo skeletal conditions, hip dysplasia, and elbow dysplasia. It is also effective in the treatment of injured and sore joints.

Rebuilds Joints

A key component in rebuilding cartilage and connective tissues, are glucosamine’s and GAGs glycosaminoglycans/ mucopolysaccharides). GAGs consist of precursors such as glycosaminoglycans and chondroitin suflates which provide the necessary building blocks to rebuild cartilage and connective tissues.

GAGs also contribute to the viscosity formation of synovial fluid, which are well known for their lubrication qualities of the joint. These characteristics (GAGs) also offer protection from free radicals and provides nourishment of the joint.

Ingredients

 

Green Lipped Mussel Powder (Perna canaliculus)

Dosage & Directions

 

1 level scoop = 500mg / 0.5g or 1 x capsule

  • Up to 25kg – 1 level scoop / 1 capsule
  • Over 25kg – 2 level scoops daily / 2 capsules

Initial Dosage (1st 10 days): Dose as per dog weight e.g. Dog up to 25kg – one level scoop or 1 capsule twice daily.  After 10 days at double dose, reduce to once daily ongoing.

If after 4 weeks you feel there is more improvement still to be made in your dog, refer to below guidelines:

Dogs 1 – 10 kg:  1 scoop/capsule extra daily
Dogs 10 – 25kg:  1 – 2 scoops/capsules extra daily
Dogs 25 – 40kg:  2 – 3 scoops/capsules extra daily
40+kg:  2 – 4 scoops/capsules extra daily

Allow 2 weeks for the new dosage to adjust in the system. Of course over time once symptoms are under control the dosage may be reduced to the lowest effective daily dose.

Technyflex is dose related. Generally the more you give the stronger the effect.

NOTE: The following may require higher doses:

• Heavier breeds
• Severe joint disease beyond general arthritis
• Strenuous exercise e.g. Greyhound racing, working dogs, long distance runners
• Post-surgical joint analgesia

    I tried rose-hip supplements for my 6 year old boxer who has severe spinal arthritis after someone said this is the new one and heaps better. After five weeks of wensley not being on technflex and on rosehip instead we have seen a massive decline… coming back to techyflex… best supplement and we feel so guilty for taking him off of it orginally!

    We had our 8 year old boxer on these for years and due to moving house and my husband saying the powder was a waste of money we let the powder run out and didnt buy anymore for 3 months. The change in our dog in just three months was scary. He was back on anti-inflammatory medication he was very slow walking and often wanted to turn around and go home when out for his walks….. he went downhill drastically.     Our Wolfhound X puppy was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia at 4 months of age in both elbows. She had to have surgery on them both and the vet said her elbows were some of the worst he’d seen in a dog that young. She was prescribed anti inflammatories and was confined in a small area for an agonising 6 weeks. Once she was allowed to start moving again the vet gave us a different brand of capsules that contained green mussel powder and they seemed to work ok however they were twice the price and a smaller dosage than the technyflex so we decided to try technyflex and they work just as well, if not better than the other brand and with only one capsule a day instead of two. These days our pup is 12 months old and galloping around like there was never an elbow problem to begin with.

    This product is the best I have ever used for dogs with joint problems.My old lab cross “Coal” had bad problems with his back legs for years. I had him on Green muscles etc for years but the pain got so bad he would cry when getting down and heaps of trouble getting up. I was thinking I would have to put him down. But decided to try out Greenpet. To find this supplement. Brought it even though was quite expenses for me. Within 2 to 3 weeks of having Coal on it he was a happier dog. By the end of 4 weeks he was even playing with our much younger Great Dane. No more pain and could get up and down with no issues. Thankyou so much for making the last of our old dogs life happy and pain free. I have since recommended it to three other people and will continue to do so as was so good. And in the long run was cheaper than the other supplements I had Coal on as lasted longer with the amount he had to have.

    This product is amazing.we adopted chloe at the age of 2years.she loved running and playing toys and such.we quickly realised she had trouble turning fast.she could be crippled for a couple of days.we started her on technyflex a nd she responded very well to this .she is 9 now and still running and playing and we are still using technyflex .     I’ve been using this supplement on my 5 year old Jack Russell cross Terrier for some time now. Last vet visit I was told she had a ‘luxating patella’ and asked if she was limping at all, or had any issues walking, stumbling, etc. I had to laugh, as this girl runs like a maniac, jumps on the couch numerous times a day and chases me around the house playing hide and seek.     Technyflex is amazing! Already I have noticed that Smokey is moving so much better in the hind legs. His breed suffers from hip problems, but this “wet” season seems to have bought it to the fore. Also as a 5 year old dog, age is starting to show as well. We have had him on Technyflex for a month now and as a medium sized to large sized dog I have kept him on 2 capsules a day. The price might seem steep, but it saves a fortune in Vet bills and I don’t want Smokey pumped with lots of veterinarian drugs. He has become such a happy dog, talking constantly and wagging his tail. Smokey will be kept on the Technyflex for the rest of his happy days. Anyone who has a doggie problem should contact Greenpet.     I can definitely see an improvement in my dog’s mobility. He is enjoying his walks again and isn’t as stiff when he gets up after resting. Have to keep him on the loading dose though as when I reduced it you could see he was starting get less mobile and stiff again. Highly recommend it.
